FACT shares its research and recommendations with the Charter Commission by submitting comments during its Public Comment periods, and by speaking at its Public Hearings.

Spoken testimony in Public Hearings sometimes varied from the prepared statements of FACT members, as some members spoke extemporaneously about the topic(s) they planned to address.
